Export Your Email Adresses

  1. Open Outlook Express
  2. click on Tools (top)

  3. In the tools Menu
  4. click on Address Book

  5. On the Address Book page
  6. click on File (top)

  7. In the File menu
  8. click on Export
  9. click on Address Book(.wab)

  10. On the Select Address Book File to Export To page
    In the Save In: box
  11. click on the arrow
  12. click on My Documents ? (Your choice Here)

  13. In the File Name Box:
  14. Type Your Addresses
  15. click Save

  16. On the Address Book popup
    Check the information
  17. click OK

  18. Now Save it to Floppy or CD

Import Your Backup Email Adresses
One of the most common problems of Importing Email addresses is using a CD
You must first Cut and Paste from CD to Hard Drive (Computer).

  1. Open Outlook Express
  2. click on Tools (top)

  3. In the tools Menu
  4. click on Address Book

  5. On the Address Book page
  6. click on File (top)

  7. In the File menu
  8. click on Import
  9. click on Address Book(.wab)

  10. On the Select Address Book File to Import From page
    In the Save In: box
  11. click on the arrow
  12. click on My Documents ? (You find Your Addresses.wab)

  13. click on Your Addresses.wab to highlight it
  14. click on Open

  15. On the Address Book page
    check the information
  16. click OK
